- Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Hood, TX intends to award a firm fixed price sole source purchase order to Dailey and Wells Communications, INC., 3440 E Houston ST, San Antonio, TX 78219, a This requirement is the Fort Hood Range Operations for communication equipment that will be utilized on the newly built ranges to support the communication from Range Control to Operation Units conducting training on Fort Hood, TX. Equipment: Control Station CS-7000 PN; MAMW-NZN8L, Mobile M7300,378-430,PN;MAMW-SNMXX. The Government intends to enter into a firm fixed price requirements with Dailey and Wells Communications, INC. This acquisition is conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(iii) Soliciting from a Single Source. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available due to proprietary ownership of requested items and no other sources will be able to accurately satisfy agency requirements. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334220, Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing with a size standard of 750 Employees.
