- FA8814-14-R-0004 AFSCN Commercial Provisioning Study Amendment 0002 - SB Set aside FA8814-14-R-0002 AFSCN Commercial Provisioning Study Amendment 0002 - Full and Open SUBJECT: Amendment 0002 of Request for Proposal for FA8814-14-R-0002 and FA8814-14-R-0004, entitled "Air Force Satellite Control Network (AFSCN) Commercial Provisioning Study", Space and Missile Systems Center, Development Planning Directorate (SMC/XR) 1. The purpose of this amendment is to clarify that the Awardee of the Small Business set aside for AFSCN Commercial Provisioning Study FA8814-14-R-0004 is not eligible for award on the full and open solicitation FA8814-14-R-0002; all Offerors are eligible to receive only one AFSCN Commercial Provisioning Study award; and to clarify the evaluation process. 2. This amendment allows for an extension of the proposal due date. Proposals are due by 11 JUL 2014 by 4:00PM Pacific Time. 3. Please submit a signed copy of the SF 30 for Amendment 0002 with your proposal. If an Offeror has already submitted their proposal and no changes are necessary, please submit a signed copy of the SF 30 for Amendment 0002 acknowledging receipt.
