- Z- Cook Mountain Divide Road Reconstruction on the Ashland Ranger District of the Custer National Forest Description of Work - Road #4409 - Work includes reconstructing 1.7 miles of road. Work includes clearing and grubbing, excavation and embankment, spot surfacing, constructing rolling dips. Government will stake project, contractor shall be responsible to protect Government staking and replace damaged or lost stakes at the cost to the contractor. Project Location - This project is located on the Ashland Ranger District, Custer National Forest, in Powder River County, Montana. Price Range - between $25,000 and $100,000 No formal site visit is planned- Contractor may contact Andy Wilber at the Forest Supervisor's Office, Custer National Forest, Billings, Montana, telephone (406) 255-142o for more directions to the site. It is estimated that work will begin August 1, 2014. Period of Performance - Work shall be completed in 60 days. Full solicitaiton, drawings and specs will be posted on this website after this 15 day notice time schedule.
