- The U.S. Army Contracting Command- Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Division D, APG, MD 21005, on behalf of the Chief, Staff of Army intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Fee (FFP) type contract for Army Senior Leader Development Office (SLD)using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19. The anticipated ordering period is a 5 months. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source bases with CYIOS Corporation, 1300 Pennsylvania Ave, Washington, DC 20004, Cage Code: 042S3 under the statutory authority permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Responsible parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 16 June 2014.
