- This contract is for the development of a dynamic, widget-based website with a website content management system that provides maximum flexibility for the content administrators to control all content. The website must be developed in either ColdFusion or ASP.NET and supported by a SQL Server database. The contractor is responsible for collecting any additional information necessary to create the website. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the solution to provide this product including, but not limited to, such requirements as project management, design from wireframes, development, testing, implementation, training, maintenance, and support.
