- THIS IS A MODIFICATION TO SHOW ADDTIONAL INFORMATION ON THE ATTACHMENT FOR ALL INFORMATION CONTACT: greater than Primary POC: Michael J. Murphy, michael.j.murphy82.civ@mail.mil CC: John Huebner, john.t.huebner.civ@mail.mil The purpose of this acquisition is to provide maintenance, engineering, logistics, quality assurance and documentation support on C4ISR equipment installed on Army Watercraft System (AWS) vessels. Please see attached document for sources relating to the market survey. The reply date is set to 26 June 2014. Reference attached document. The following NAICS Code is applicable: 541330 Responding contractors shall provide relevant past performance on same/similar work dating back 7 years and capability statement detailing their technical expertise in the mission areas. Responses must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary mission area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. In addition to the above mission areas, contractors should specifically address their ability to recruit and retain employees with up to Secret clearances. Contractor's response shall also include work associated with marine electronics equipment and experience with C4ISR systems to include a short bio or weblink. Standard company brochures will not be reviewed. All submissions shall be in a Microsoft compatible format. Submissions are not to exceed four (4) pages and shall be prepared in no smaller than Arial 10-, single-spaced with no less than a one inch margin on all sides. NOTE: This is NOT a solicitation - this is a request for information only and all information received will be used for planning purposes only. The Army Contracting Command does not intend to award a contract on the basis of your responses or otherwise pay for the preparation of any information presented.
