Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, Yuma, Arizona has a Commercial Item requirement for the purchase of supplies which includes pickup/delivery of EPA Clear and Red Dye Diesel Fuel, Unleaded Gasoline, Oil and Lubricants, via service trucks delivery to above ground fuel tanks. The Government intends to issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Parker Oil Products, Inc., located at 508 S California Ave, Parker, AZ for a performance period of up to 5 years. The anticipated value of the BPA is $300,000.00 for 5 years. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, transportation, and facilities necessary to furnish the supplies/delivery services called for by the Contracting Officer or authorized representatives for Diesel Fuel #2 EPA Carb Red, Diesel EPA Carb Clear, Unleaded Gasoline, Oil, and Lubricants. Delivery locations are located in an area approximately 40 miles along the Colorado River within Riverside, San Bernardino, La Paz, and Mohave Counties. For this acquisition, the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 324110 Petrochemical Manufacturing and the Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. It is anticipated that the BPA will be issued on or before July 1, 2014. This is not a request for proposal, however, interested vendors who are able to provide the supplies/service must submit a price list with delivery turnaround timeframe, proposed fuel service location and confirmation that the vendor can deliver within the Yuma and Imperial counties. This information will be reviewed by the Government Technical Representative for consideration for future requirements. The dates above are estimates only and are subject to change. All interested parties are responsible for checking the FBO website to ensure that they have the most current information. Offerors are required to have a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for contract award. Offerors may register in SAM at http://www.sam.gov.
