- Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the Unites States of America in Riga, Latvia, will launch a solicitation for Janitorial Services for real property owned by the Embassy of the Unites States of America located in Riga, Latvia. The Janitorial Service includes cleaning of all designated spaces including, but not limited to halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, entrance halls, lobbies, storage areas, elevators and stairways. The estimated total cleaning area is 5100 square meters. Please note that it is only estimated area. The anticipated performance period is for a base year of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the U.S. Government. All responsive sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in June 25, 2014. The solicitation will be issued via the FedBizOpps. No hard copies will be mailed. Your quote must be submitted in a sealed envelope market by „Quote Enclosed” to Mark M. Bliss, Contracting Officer, American Embassy Riga, Samnera Velsa Street 1, Riga, Latvia, LV 1501. No electronic offers will be accepted.
