- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for four (4) Survival Egress Air (SEA) Compressors, NSN: 4310-01-564-6677, P/N: JRII-E1/Army, Noun: Air Compressor, Qty: 4 each. The Bauer SEA compressor provides portable compressor that can be used by aviators for the purpose of filling bottles with oxygen that enables the aviators to get breath of air at high altitudes or underwater. This is sole source to Bauer Compressors Inc., 1328 Azalea Garden Road, Norfolk, VA 23502, Cage Code 57328
