- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Drum anticipates issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Fixed Priced Oil Water Separator Maintenance Services located at Fort Drum, NY. The Government intends to award a single contract for Oil Water Separator Maintenance at Fort Drum, NY. This requirement is set aside for small businesses. The successful Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, materials, parts, supervision, and equipment necessary to perform maintenance of Oil Water Separators for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Drum, NY. The major functional areas include PID Screening/Sampling/Testing/Lab Analysis, Cleaning Separators, and the Disposal/Recycle of materials. Work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement (to be provided with the solicitation), and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The anticipated ordering period is 01 October 2014 through 30 September 2015, with two one-year option periods. Any correspondence concerning this acquisition shall reference IFB number W911S2-14-B-3002 in the subject line. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 562998, All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services, size standard $7.0 Million. This procurement is set aside for small businesses. As prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004, interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) under the NAICS 562998, representations and certifications must also be on record. Both of these registrations can be done through the System for Award Management (SAM) for free at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. SAM must be completed at the time of bid. The anticipated posting date of the IFB is no sooner than 15 days after the publication of this notice. Upon release to the public, the IFB as well as the amendments will be available at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitaiton.
