- The Missouri National Guard intends to sole source a contract with Aviation Artifacts, Inc. for ALSET-100 Digital, Multi-Purpose Testers (P/N: 14229-100) with test adapter. Aviation Artifacts is the original manufacturer of the ALSET-100 and the only supplier of this piece of equipment. Aviation Artifacts owns proprietary rights.
