- This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's notice of intent to award, on a sole source basis, a contract to Pitney Bowes Inc., 1313 N. Atlantic St FL 3, Spokane, WA, 99201-2318 for Maintenance Servicing of Pitney Bowes Mailing and Printing Equipment. The anticipated period of performance is from 15 June 2014 through 14 June 2015. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS Code is 811212 and the size standard of $25 million. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
