Description

The Amarillo VA Health Care System (AVAHCS) has a requirement for Window Washing services. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, and transportation necessary to perform bi-annual facility window cleaning services for the AVAHCS, 6010 Amarillo Blvd., West, Amarillo, Texas, 79106. All work shall be accomplished using commonly accepted commercial standards/practices and in accordance with this Statement of Work. The contract period shall be anticipated to be a base year, from approximately July 1, 2014, through June 30, 2014, with the availability of four option years. Performance is subject to award and the availability of funds. This procurement is conducted under the authority listed in the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The applicable NAICS Code is 561790 and the size standard is $35.5 million dollars. This action is a 100% small business set-aside. The solicitation is due on or before June 30, 2014, by 11:00AM local time (Amarillo, Texas). Copies of the solicitation may be obtained by contacting the contracting officer in writing, to include email. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be forwarded to all interested individuals who request copies of the solicitation. Offerors are responsible for acknowledging amendments. All questions in reference to this solicitation shall be in writing to include a point of contact, telephone number, and an e-mail address/fax number.
