- AMENDMENT 0001 SOLICITATION H92240-14-Q-0002; AMENDMENT 0001; hereby revises the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation in its entirety. All amendments must be acknowledged with submission of Quote. See Attachment-Amendment 0001 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
