- Presolicitation notice Request for Proposal FAR 15.203 no attachments available at this time i.e. performance work statement(PWS). A new draft RFP #W91QF6-14-R-0004 replaces draft W91QF6-14-T-0005 & W91QF6-14-T-XXXX combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical services. DPW is seeking a Contractor who shall provide all personnel, equipments, supplies, facilities, materials, tools, transportation, supervision, other items and non-personal services necessary to appliance (maintenance, repair, installation, removal, dryer duct and vent system maintenance and clean vent for dryer and dryer hose, greasing of all fitting adjustment of drums for balance/suspension, belt adjustment, and test runs of each machines. Reattach any dryer vent hoses that have become disconnected; run washers through cycle with hot water; Remove clean bleach dispenser and detergent build-up from interior surface of washing machines; Tighten/replace missing, loose, worn or damaged mechanical devices hardware belts, clean around machines removing any standing water, lint and grease marks around the floor as defined in the PWS.
