Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912K6-14-Q-1052, is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53. This RFQ is being advertised as a set-aside for Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business (FAR 52.219-3). quote mark HUBZone small business concern, quote mark as used in this clause, means a small business concern that appears on the List of Qualified HUBZone Small Business Concerns maintained by the Small Business Administration. Offers are solicited only from HUBZone small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not HUBZone small business concerns shall not be considered. The NAICS code is 336212 and the small business size standard for this NAICS Code is 500 employees. The Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG) has a requirement for two (2) Custom Event Trailers in support of Recruiting and Retention. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) contract clauses 52.211-6 quote mark Brand Name or Equal quote mark applies. Contractor should include any descriptive data, illustrations, colored pictures, specifications and /or drawings of the product being quoted for technical evaluation.
