- SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE: 06/17/2014. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, disposal, transportation and other items and services necessary to complete the work specifications of The Airfield Fence line Tree and Brush Trimming, Removal and Disposal Project located at USCG Air Station Cape Cod, Buzzards Bay, MA 02542 (Barnstable County). Solicitation packages will be available on or about 17 June 2014. The tentative date for receipt of proposals is 11 July 2014 at 4:00 pm local time. A site visit will be held Wednesday 25 June 2014 at 1:30PM. Please email the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) Mr. Bob Burt at Rober.G.Burt@uscg.mil to register or via phone at 508-968-6647. Please register for the site visit no later than Monday 23 June 2014 by 0900AM. Please reference the solicitation package for further information. This acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 12 and in accordance with FAR Part 19.5 is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings, may be accessed for download beginning on the date of issue at the following site: http://www.fbo.gov. To receive immediate notification of all changes posted electronically, vendors should click on Register to Receive Notification. All vendors interested in teaming or subcontracting for this solicitation, should click on Register as Interested Vendor. In order to view a Bidders List, interested parties should click on View List of Interested Vendors. A bidders list is only available by registering electronically for this solicitation. Vendors are required to be registered with the System for Award Management database at www.SAM.gov in order to receive a federal government contract. Our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
