- DCOM Wage Determination DCOM Statement of Work DCOM Past Performance Questionnaire DCOM Solicitation FA4809-14-T-0016 DORMITORY CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY MAINTENANCE Work consists of providing all management, tools, equipment, labor, and materials necessary for Dormitory Change of Occupancy Maintenance (DCOM) and cleaning services at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. All work shall be in compliance with the Statement of Work. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated and will consist of a one year base plus two (2) one-year option periods. This action will be a 100% Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business set aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210 with a small business size standard of $35.5 M. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 10 June 2014 on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at https://www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Note: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award found at https://www.sam.gov/.Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dun and Bradstreet. Registration may take up to three weeks to process. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
