- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis W91ZLK-14-T-0506 is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. This procurement is being set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business under NAICS 238990. Per the enclosed Statement of Work, the Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground has the following requirement: Line Item 0001 - One (1) each: Purchase of Brand Name or Equal: Chamberlain Liftmaster Industrial Chain Driven Slide Gate in accordance with enclosed Statement of Work, to provide all labor, equipment and materials necessary to remove existing gate and install new gate located at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland. The period of performance: 60 days, FOB Destination Per the provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Per the provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial items, based on lowest price technically acceptable. All offers should include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3. Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
