- The Black Hills National Forest intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to replace approximately 430 feet of waterline at the Nemo Work Center, Lawrence County, SD. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 221310 with a size standard of $4.0 million. Project is total Small Business Set-Aside. This is a base contract with an option item for replacing the branch water lines. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, incidentals, and perform all required work in accordance to the terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of the proposed contract. All responsible quoters will be considered for award. Contractors must be registered in the System for award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award.
