- Statement of work This is a Sources Sought notice, not a request for quote, proposal, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of small business concerns for potential set-aside. No award will be made from this Sources Sought. No solicitation is available at this time. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a future acquisition. After review of the responses to this Sources Sought notice, and if the Government still plans to proceed with the acquisition, a solicitation announcement will be published on Federal Business Opportunities. It is the potential offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for a future synopsis/solicitation, as they will not be notified. The 5th Contracting Squadron is seeking sources interested in a possible contract to provide small arms firing range clean-up at Minot AFB, ND. The NAICS code is 562910. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform range clean-up as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Firing range clean-up shall be conducted three times between the months of June 2014 and September 2014. Services shall be conducted on scheduled cleanup dates set by the Combat Arms Training and Maintenance (CATM). Range clean-up includes but is not limited to vacuuming bullet trap plates and enclosed firing range, emptying lead from catch buckets, and storing collected contents for base removal. Offerors having the skills and capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirement are invited to provide information to contribute to this Sources Sought notice including commercial market information and company information via e-mail or facsimile (701-723-2696) to Mrs. Crystal Cool at crystal.cool@us.af.mil no later than 13 June 14. RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: company name, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address.
