- Attached is the statment of work for this requirement SOLE SOURCE NOTICE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES Altus AFB has a requirement to connect commercial power to the radio shelter at Sooner Drop Zone utilizing the current electrical components near the location. Interested parties may e-mail Phillip.Lee.5@us.af.mil, call (580) 481-7545, or fax (580) 481-5138, Attn: A1C Phillip Lee. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. or fax (580) 481-5138, Attn: A1C Phillip Lee.
