- Amendment 2 - JB CHS Fire Alarm Mx and Repair Meeting Minutes - JB CHS Fire Alarm Mx and Repair Questions and Answers - JB CHS Fire Alarm Mx and Repair The purpose of this amendment is to update the solicitation in accordance with the Summary of Changes, to post questions and answers, and to post the pre-proposal conference/site visit meeting minutes. SUMMARY OF CHANGES The frequencies of inspections have changed from quarterly to as directed in the UFC guidelines as set forth in the PWS. • CLIN Structure: o "Fire Alarm/Sprinkler PM" CLINs have changed from ‘4 Quarter' to ‘Each' o CLIN 5001 has changed from ‘Quarter' to ‘6 Months' • Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 Attachment 1 - Pricing Schedule o References to ‘quarterly' have been removed o Quantities have changed from ‘4' to ‘1' o CLIN 5001 has changed from ‘2' to ‘6' • Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 Attachment 1 - JB CHS Air Pricelist Detail o References to ‘quarterly' have been removed or replaced with ‘annual' o Offerors shall provide an electronic copy of this table for evaluation purposes • Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 Attachment 1 - JB CHS WS (Weapons Station) Pricelist Detail o The following buildings have been removed: 13, 20, 43, 44, 63, 64, 316, 356, 516, 828, 3484, 3544, 3546, 421 KF ADDRESS FOR BUILDING 2314, and 422 KF ADDRESS FOR BUILDING 2314 RSA AREA o References to ‘quarterly' have been removed or replaced with ‘annual' o Offerors shall provide an electronic copy of this table for evaluation purposes • Performance Work Statement (PWS): o Paragraph 1: ‘Unified Facility Guide (UFC) standards' has been added o Paragraph 1.1.2: UFC 3-601-02, UFC 3-600-01, NFPA 12, and NFPA 2001 have been added. o Paragraph 1.3: ‘NFPA' has been replaced with ‘UFC' o Paragraph 1.4.1: Insert the following note, ‘NOTE: The Government estimates approximately 70 service calls under the LoL annually. This estimate was developed using historical averages and is not guaranteed.
