- This is not an Invitation For Bid (IFB) or Request For Quotes (RFQ) Notice. NOTICE: The GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) program has recently experienced a tremendous increase in new offers. Due to the large number of new offers currently in process, it could take up to 9 months before your offer is evaluated. GSA's practice is to evaluate offers in the order in which they are received. However, GSA may give priority to processing certain offers when circumstances dictate, such as when a federal agency Contracting Officer specifically requests an expedited offer review in order to meet a pending requirement that will be procured under the MAS program, or when there is a need for GSA to bring strategically critical new products or services to market in order to meet federal customer needs. Notice is hereby given that the refreshed Standing Solicitation for Multiple Award Schedule 67 Cameras, Photographic Printers and Related Supplies & Services (Digital and Film-Based) will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website on the Internet at http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on April 17, 2014. The refreshed solicitation number 2FYB-BJ-030001-B dated April 17, 2014 will supersede solicitation 2FYB-BJ-030001-B posted on June 6,2013 and includes updated clauses and provisions. The Point of Sale and Transactional Data is required for SINs 19 100 and 20 316. Please see the Critical Information Document for more information. This is a standing solicitation with no closing date for receipt of offers. Solicitation 2FYB-BJ-030001-B is a Worldwide Multiple Award Schedule for all types of film, paper, etc. for photo & radiographic applications; photographic services & solutions; photographic laboratory systems; cameras & accessories; photographic digital technologies; product support for photo products & services and new products/technology. Contracts awarded under this solicitation will have a performance period of 5 years with options to renew for up to 3 additional 5-year periods. Contractors must register in at www.sam.gov prior to award of any contract. This solicitation will remain in effect until it is replaced by another refreshed solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by this agency. The Contract period will be the date of award through five years, excluding options. IMPORTANT NOTICE: OFFERORS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ONLY ELECTRONIC OFFERS SUBMITTED THROUGH THE GSA eOFFER PROGRAM. ONLY eOFFERS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNDER THIS SCHEDULE.
