- PROJECT LOCATION: U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Region 3, Genoa National Fish Hatchery, Genoa, Wisconsin PROJECT CONSISTS OF: Construction of a two-story 6,605 SF structure; excluding site development. Building consists of concrete foundations, block and stone masonry, steel structural framing and decking, wood decking, finish carpentry and casework, waterproofing, thermal insulation and weather barriers, wood, metal composite siding, thermal plastic and vegetated roofing, metal and wood doors, aluminum storefront and curtain wall systems, interior finishes including tiling, resilient flooring and carpeting, interior and exterior signage, toilet compartments, and accessories, low-energy traction elevator, mechanical, plumbing, electrical systems, data, communication, safety and security systems. ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this requirement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. SOCIOECONOMIC PROGRAMS: This procurement is set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a size standard of $33.5 million. The Solicitation Package will be available via electronic commerce on fbo.gov and fedconnect.net on or about May 5, 2014 with a Bid Opening occurring on or about June 5, 2014. The Solicitation Package will include the following: An itemized Bid Schedule, Scope of Work, Drawings, and Prevailing Wage Determination and Bid Bond Form.
