- The Government intends to award a single contract for Ground Maintenance Services located at Fort Polk, LA. The contract type will be a Requirements Contract with Firm Fixed Unit Prices (IAW FAR 16.503 Requirements Contracts) and options (IAW FAR 17.2 Options). The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, resources, management, and other items and services necessary to perform all work in connection with Ground Maintenance Services for Fort Polk, LA, in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement, specifications and drawings, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. Any correspondence concerning this acquisition shall reference IFB number W9124E-14-B-0001 in the subject line. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 561730, Landscaping Services, size standard $7.0 Million. This procurement is one hundred percent set-aside for HUBZone Small Business concerns. As prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004, interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) under the NAICS 561730. Representations and certifications must also be on record. These registrations can be done through the System for Award Management (SAM) for free at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The anticipated posting date of the IFB is no sooner than 15 days after the publication of this notice. Upon release to the public, the IFB as well as the amendments will be available at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitaiton.
