- The following are the questions and answers submitted for this synopsis: 1. Is this a follow-on requirement? If so, could you please provide the incumbent contract number for this opportunity? If not, is this a new requirement? a. The work has been performed for the last two years by a Forest Service employee. Prior to that it was a contract, AG-4870-C-11-0001 to TLF Resources, Benton, IL. 2. In clause (8) it mentions the small business standard for this solicitation is $7 million. Is this solicitation designed as a small business set aside? Are businesses with revenue greater than $7 million eligible to respond? Is the work being performed subject to the Service Contract Act, or any other federal wage determination that relates to the Department of Agriculture? If there is a wage determination, can you provide us with the relevant document from DOL? a. This is not a small business set aside, so businesses with revenue greater than $7M can bid on the solicitation. Yes, this is covered under the SCA for LBL. An amendment to the solicitation has been posted to FedBizOpps. 3. Can you confirm the position title and wage per this WD? a. It would be the 99030, Cashier position at $7.88, plus health & welfare. The proposal due date is hereby extended to 3/5/2014 at 1600 CST.
