- List of Property for Sale Terms & Conditions of Sale You are invited to submit a bid on the property listed on sale 0154-S2404A ( see attached ). MANTECH TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS CORPORATION will conduct an Informal Bid Sale to dispose of this property, under the direction of the Defense Contract Management Agency and in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.245-1. The property is offered as One Lot, " as is - where is." Bids will be accepted during the following: Bid Period: 27 Feb 2014 - 20 Mar 2014, 4 p.m. EST You are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to bid submission. The property is stored at the following location: ManTech 14930 Bogle Drive Chantilly, VA 20151 The Sale will be in accordance with the mandatory Terms and Conditions of Sale (attached). Award will be subject to Government approval. Any questions about the property and all Bids will be submitted to the Primary Point of Contact: John Keziah; john.keziah@mantech.com, Tel: 703-633-2471. Delivery of the property will occur at MANTECH. Removal and transportation of property will be at the purchaser's expense and must take place within ten business days of award.
