- Quality Assurance Plan Service Contract Act Wage Rates Solicitation #AG-82AK-S-14-0005 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation #AG-82AK-S-14-0005 is issued as a Request for Quotation. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-72, January 30, 2014. Solicitation is set aside for small business under NAICS code 561720-janitorial service, small business size standard $16.5 million. For list of contract line item numbers, items, quanitities and units of measure, see attached solicitation package, Section B, Schedule of Items. For description of requirements for the items to be acquired, see attached soliciation package, Section C. The following provisions apply to this solicitation.
