- Site Visit Registration Performance of Work Statement (PWS) dated 10 February 2014 Request for Quote: FA8201-14-R-Relocation This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; therefore quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FA8201-14-R-Relocation, is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for packing and moving services for an IT warehouse and offices. Submit only written offers; oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and System for Award Management (SAM). The NAICS code for this effort is 484210. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72. Please quote the following item: CLIN 0001 - Relocation of IT Warehouse and Offices (IAW Performance of Work Statement (PWS) dated 10 February 2014). Quantity: 1 Unit of issue: Lot Site Visit: Site visit for this solicitation is scheduled for 1000 (10am) MST, on 5 March 2014 at the following location: Building 830 Bay E Hill AFB, UT 84056 Please fill out and return attached site visit registration form to melissa.hayhurst@us.af.mil NLT 4 March 2014 at 1400 MST. Questions: All questions regarding this solicitation can be sent to melissa.hayhurst@us.af.mil and must be received NLT 7 March 2014. Notice to Offerors: The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This requirement is being set-aside 100% for small businesses under NAICS code 484210 with the SBA Size Standard of $25.5M annual revenue. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (IAW FAR 12.301(b)(1)) July 2013: Paragraph (b), entitled "Submission of Offers": Offers may be submitted via electronic mail. Submit signed and dated offer at or before 1400 (2:00 PM) Local, Thursday, 13 March, 2014. To send offer via electronic mail all documents must be emailed to melissa.hayhurst@us.af.mil. Submit quotations on company letterhead or pricing document; contractor format acceptable. Quotations must include as a minimum: a) company contact information, b) price breakout for the requested line items, c) CAGE Code (from CCR registration), d) performance schedule e) statement of capability to comply with the PWS and f) any other information relevant to the proposal. The government reserves the right to make award on the initial quote without discussions. 52.212-2: Evaluation -- Commercial Items, The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements. Quotes will be evaluated on lowest price technically acceptable. Evaluation Factors: All quotes received will be evaluated in the following order; first price; second, technical acceptability; and third, schedule.
