- The 410th Contracting Support Brigade Regional Contracting Center Americas intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a non-personal services contract to provide passenger transportation services (drivers without vehicles) Monday thru Sunday to the American U.S. Embassy, Lima Peru on behalf of the Joint Planning and Assistance Team, Military Assistance and Advisory Group (JPAT/MAAG). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, other items, and the non-personal services necessary to perform passenger transportation services (drivers) as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). NAICS code: 485999 applies. The size standard is $7.0 million. Request for Quotation (RFQ) W912CL-14-T-0066 will be posted at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website at: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or about 04 Mar 2014. Paper copies of the RFQ will not be available. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded with a performance period of 12 April 2014 - 11 April 2015 with 2 (two) option years: Option Year I: 12 April 2015 - 11 April 2016 Option Year II: 12 April 2016 - 11 April 2017 All responsible businesses may submit an offer which shall be considered.
