- Under this task, the Contractor will provide administrative services for close out of contracts and agreements issued by various NAVSUP Field Contracting Offices, and other post-award contract administrative services in support of contract completion and closeout. The services provided shall encompass non-inherently governmental functions. Acquisition instruments shall include contracts, purchase orders, grants, cooperative agreements that are Firm Fixed Price, Cost-Plus Fixed Fee, as well as Time and Materials contracts/orders with fixed rates. This requirement is being issued in accordance with the Javits-Wagner-O'Day Act and FAR Subpart 8.7.
