- *** THIS SOLICITATION IS CANCELLED IN ITS ENTIRETY********** Contracting Office Address: Defense Logistics Agency, Logistics Operations, DLA Aviation - Richmond, 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, VA 23297-5000 Description: This solicitation will contain an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The solicitation will consist of one base year and four option years. The estimated annual demand quantity for the base and option years is 12 each. Government First Article Test (FAT) applies. Origin inspection required. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside, full and open after exclusion of sources procedures apply. The NSN is as follows 6150-01-509-6227, 320 day's delivery without FAT and 691 days delivery with FAT. FOB Destination. This is a critical application item. Configuration control and export control apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Annual updates to your registration will be required.
