- Genesis Bridge Contract J&A The INSCOM Acquisition Center issued a J&A for other than full and open competition to award a contract for logistics and engineering support. This contract is needed until the Global Intelligence (GI) contracts are awarded after full & open competition and a task order for the logistics and engineering effort is awarded after fair-opportunity competition. The period of performance of the contract will be from 28 March 2014 through 27 December 2014.
