- SCA Wage Determination HQ0034-14-R-0052 (CLINs, PWS, Instructions, Evaluation Criteria) Combined Synopsis-Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and under the authority of Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
