- WD 1 Asbestos Abatement Blueprint outline SOW 2 Combined Synopsis Asbestos enviromental survey provided by ACM for building 325 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for RFQ FA4613-14-R-0010 this solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-63. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Total Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 562910 with a size standard of 500 employees. The line item description is as follows: CLIN 0001- Asbestos Abatement for Building 325 Quantity: 1 Unit: EA Unit Price: ________ Extend Price: _________ See Attached SOW for requirement specifics See attached WD 2005-2587 Rev 12 PROVISIONS/CLAUSES. Specifically, the following DFARS clauses cited are applicable to this solicitation: 252.204-7004, Alternate A, 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports, 5352.201-9101 Ombudsman, 5352.242-9000, Contractor Access to Air Force Installation. All proposals must be faxed or emailed to POC SSgt William Glover at 90th CONS/LGCB, 7505 Barnes Loop, Building 208, FE Warren AFB, WY 82005. EVALUATION OF QUOTATIONS/OFFERS: Quotes/offers will be evaluated IAW 13.106-2. This will be a lowest price technically acceptable award. Technical acceptability - at a minimum - will consist of meeting all characteristics, including those above Quotes must be signed, dated and submitted by 7 March 2014, 1:00 pm, Mountain Standard Time (MST) to the 90th Contracting Squadron/LGCB, Attn: SSgt William Glover, Contracting Specialist, Commercial Phone 307-773-3322, Fax 307-773-3973, E-mail william.glover.4@us.af.mil. Quotes submitted via e-mail are preferred but not required. LATE OFFERS: Offerors are reminded that e-mail transmission of quote/offer prior to the closing date and time will not constitute a timely submission of quote/offer unless it is received by the government prior to the closing date and time. Quotations/offers or modification of quotes/offers received at the address specified for the receipt of offers after the exact time specified for receipt of offers WILL NOT be considered (ref. FAR 52.212-1(f)). All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) ref. FAR 52.204-99 database prior to any contract award.
