- This is an intended sole source announcement. Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic (SPAWAR Atlantic), Code 2.2.1.3.0, intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to Security Information Systems, Inc. for 1 each, P/N LAB-1050, SIS Lenel Data Conduit under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. The service required for this task includes Lenel Open Alliance Development Program, Data Conduit AAPI Kit and Lenel technical support services required for development of interface. Also includes all SIS in-house development services and final in-house SOVT acceptance testing services with a government representative. No electronic or hard copy Request for Quote (RFQ) will be prepared or made available for distribution. This action will be conducted under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. NAICS is 541330. CCR registration is required for all vendors doing business with the Department of Defense. Quotes are due to the Contract Specialist, Victoria Franklin at victoria.franklin@navy.mil by 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, 18 February 2014. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
