- The requirement consists in providing all personnel, labor, transportation, facilities, repair parts, equipment (including test equipment), tools, materials, and supervision of Contractor personnel to perform non-personal services for the repair and maintenance of U.S. Government-owned Information Technology Equipment & Peripherals; IT Equipment, with either an eight (8) or twenty four (24) working hour response as requested by the Government representative, Para 1.2.7. The equipment and peripherals include desktop size servers and components as well as all types of printers and facsimile machines.
