- Solicitation This notice if posted as an Intent to Sole Source to Red Star Aviation for flight demonstrations of a MIG-15 aircraft. The Government intends to award on a firm fixed price basis. The awarded vendor MUST have a precertification and inspection of equipment and pilots at time of award, completed by the US Navy Test Pilot School. Interested vendors may submit a quote and capability statement, if they meet the certification requirement. Interested parties shall submit documentation to Elizabeth.r.stewart@navy.mil by COB on Feb. 19, 2014. The Government will make the final decision to consider other offers.
