Description

NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center (FLCN) Norfolk 1968 Gilbert Street, Ste. 600, Norfolk VA 23511 intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price, sole source procurement action with, APG Intel, for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBsuite) and Unclassified Test & Evaluation System (UTES) applications, for Operational Test & Evaluation Force, 7970 Diven Street, Norfolk, VA, QTY two (2) months with two one month options. This requirement will be awarded in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.3 “ Other than Full and Open Competition, FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13 “ Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541519 and the size standard is $25.5 Million. No RFQ will be released. The purchase request number is N5702314RC00060 and the Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N00189-14-T-0015. By submission of a quotation, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during the performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitations will only be available by downloading the documents at http://www.fedbizopps.gov or https://www.neco.navy.mil.
