- Questions and Answers for Solicitation Number 00HCCA16-2014-68438: 1. Is it possible to complete the maintenance of the plants on the weekend? Answer: NO 2. Is there a timeline to complete the work (i.e. 8:00 am - 5 PM)? Answer: Operating hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm 3. Is it possible to get the type of plants/trees for replacement costs? Answer: There is a Weeping Fig, Golden Pothos and a Peace Lily. Can visit site to make sure and check conditions. 4. In the 1st floor janitor closet, is there a hose bib for hose connection or will we be required to use a water can? Answer: In the 1st flood janitor closet, there is a hose bib for hos connection or will be required to use a watering can. A cart and watering can will be needed.
