- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The US Army Medical Command has a requirement for a Maintenance Agreement for existing Shimadzu Sonialvision Versa R/F and Shimadzu RadSpeed X Ray Units. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement. The suggested contractor is Alpha Medical Equipment, 10 Pine Ct Ste 12, New Rochelle NY 10801. Parties interested in future announcements shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and certifications to clearly meet the requirements stated above. Responses(s) may be made via email: include company name, point of contact, address, phone number, DUNS number, Tax ID, business size, and solicitation number. This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide an equal service must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their products, past performance information, price and preventative maintenance.
