- UNICOR intends to enter into a one (1) base year with four (4) option years if exercised Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Type Contract for leather to be used in the UNICOR's Seating Upholstery Leather Program for USP Allenwood, PA, FCI Beckley, WV, Florence, CO and Schuylkill, PA. The current UNICOR locations are as follows: UNICOR FPI Allenwood Upholstery, Route 15 two miles north of Allenwood, Allenwood PA 17810, UNICOR FCI Beckley, 1600 Industrial Park Road, Beckley, WV 25813, UNICOR FCC Florence Upholstery, 5880 State Highway 67 South, Florence, CO 81226, UNICOR FCI Schuylkill Upholstery, Interstate 81 & Route 901 West Exit 116, Minersville, PA 17954. Product will be delivered at FOB Destination Prices. The pricing structure must be the same for all locations. The minimum delivery order value will be $175.00 and the maximum delivery order value will be $10,000.00. Variation in quantity will be - 5% and + 20%. Bidders are advised that the government intends to evaluate offers and award on an all or none basis. Offers shall submit a complete singed and dated offer to: Linda K. Kerr, UNICOR Contract Specialist, Route 59 & Big Shanty Road, Lewis Run, PA 16738 and must be sent FedEx or UPS overnight. A second complete signed and dated offer must be sent to Tatea R. Cavanaugh, UNICOR Sr. Contracting Officer, 320 First STREET NW - 400 Building, 7TH FLOOR - ROOM 7012, WASHINGTON, DC 20534 and must be sent FedEx or UPS overnight. This information must be displayed on the outside of the envelope with the solicitation number FN1393-14 and offer closing date. All bidders must complete the following: 1. ACH Form - which can be found on UNICOR website at www.unicor.gov: About UNICOR - Doing Business with UNICOR, For vendors, Electronic Vendor Payment, Scroll down to ACH Form, Print and submit with written offer; Register in SAMS http://sam.gov formerly known as CCR and ORCA. What is SAM? The System for Award Management (SAM) is combining eight federal procurement systems and the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance into one new system. The benefits of SAM include streamlined and integrated processes, elimination of data redundancies, and reduced costs while providing improved capability. With one user ID and password, SAM will benefit contractors by providing access to all the capabilities associated with: 1. Registering to do business with the Government, 2. Representing/Self-Certifying as a Small Business (CCR/ORCA), 3. Viewing Business Opportunities (Fedbizops). All bidders must complete the Business Management Questionnaire in Section L of the solicitation document which will require three references from the past three (3) to five (5) years that are the same or similar in scope to this requirement. All bidders must acknowledge all amendments if any. Offers received after the exact date and time specified will not be considered. The government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer represents the best value to the government. Evaluation criteria will be listed in the solicitation document. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be will be sent FedEx or otherwise furnished to the successful offer within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. The solicitation will be available on Fedbizops at https://www.fbo.gov or about February 18, 2014. No copies of the solicitation will be mailed. All responsible bidders may submit a propsal which will be considered.
