- Original synopsis was posted on November 21, 2012 @ 10:42 a.m. under N00024-13-R-6267 to announce Industry Day for Acoustic Rapid COTs Insertion (A-RCI), Ownship Monitoring System (OMS) and Common Acoustic Cabinet (CAC). At that time, OMS solicitation number was stated as N00024-13-R-6268. The Navy intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for OMS under N00024-14-R-6209 in early to mid April 2014.
