- AFGHAN NATIONAL ARMY SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING SYNOPSIS This notice serves to announce the intent of the CENTCOM Joint Theater Support Contracting Command General Support Contracting Center (C-JTSCC/GSCC) to issue a solicitation for kitchen equipment, furniture, weightlifting equipment, shop supplies and electronics to furnish the Afghan National Army School of Engineering near Camp Shaheen, Dehdadi District, Balkh Province. The contractor shall provide all management, labor, transportation, equipment, tools, materials and other items necessary to provide the requirement to the Regional Afghan National Army School of Engineering. The solicitation will be issued on or about 28 Feb 2014. This procurement will be solicited as unrestricted full & open competition. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 337211 and the small business size is 500 Employees. The requirement will be solicited as a non-complex commercial commodity using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the authority of FAR 13.5. The evaluation criteria will be detailed in the solicitation. The solicitation will be posted on http://www.fbo.gov. There will be no paper copies of this solicitation available. All solicitation information may be obtained through the above referenced website. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package.
