- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is SPRBL1-14-R-0010, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under FAR Subpart 13.5. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are attached to this announcement. This acquisition is unrestricted. The applicable NAICS code is 335931 and the small business size standard is 500; however, this item is similar to items that may have NAICS codes 334220 (small business size standard is 750), 334511(small business size standard is 750). This is an Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) Shielded Ruggedized Faceplate (Cover, Electronic Assembly), NSN 5935-01-619-9911, P/N 5-230-003. This item is manufactured by Sun Display Systems, CAGE Code 6ELP9. The proposed contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), five (5) year, Indefinite-Quantity Purchase Order (IDPO). Responses to this solicitation must be made at the ASFI webpage. All parties interested in doing business with Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) (ACC - APG (C4ISR)) and DLA Land at Aberdeen are invited to access the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi?ASFI_FAQ.cfm.
