- MARKET SURVEY SPREADSHEET MARKET SURVEY DLA Land & Maritime is preparing to solicit a long term contract for the NSNs listed on the attached Market Survey Spreadsheet. DLA Land & Maritime does not have any drawings/specifications associated with these items. Sources interested in becoming approved sources for all these NSNs (except NSN 2940008082421) must submit the appropriate information as outlined in DLAD 52.217-9002, Conditions for Evaluation and Acceptance of Offers for Part Numbered Items. Sources interested in offering on this solicitation should complete the attached market survey and return the completed copy to BUYER at EMAIL by Monday Feb. 24, 2014.
