The NAICS associated with this purchase is 561920. The Human Resources Center of Excellence (HRCOE) at the Naval Postgraduate School intends to procure a spring and fall Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preparation programs. This RFQ seeks pricing for the services listed above. Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable. Anticipated award will be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order.
