- SYNOPSIS The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to perform all required building maintenance identified in the manufacturer specifications, Statement of Work (SOW), commercial standards, and local, state and federal requirements. • The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS Code) is 561210, Facilities Support Services. • The small business size is $35 million in average annual receipts for the last three fiscal years • The requirement is a total small business set aside • The requirement only contains a nine month base year (01 April 2014 through 31 December 2014) • The evaluation factor is lowest price with successful past performance that can be proven/verifiable. • Solicitation issue date will be approximately 14 February 2014. • The project magnitude is between $80,000 and $100,000. • Place of Performance: Olathe, Kansas • All contractors are required to be registered in ww.sam.gov.
