- Statement of Work/Quotation Instructions and Evaluation Criteria The U.S. Census Bureau, on behalf of Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA), intends to obtain the services of a contractor who will provide access to the Asset-Backed Commercial Paper (ABCP) research. Specifically,the vendor will provide access to up-to-date ABCP data, used to formulate quarterly estimates of international transactions and positions for foreign-owned companies in the United States that issue ABCP in the U.S. market. The period of performance will be a base year with 2 optional years. Please see attached SOW for specifics.
